Exchange of Carina lounge suit

Me and my wife bought Carina lounge suit from Mannlyn House and Home in Oct last year on credit and Elijah was our sales person, we were promised that the goods would be delivered in a week or two, we waited more than five weeks and we decided to cancel the deal as we were there Mr. Thomas Longs was the on who assisted us to cancel the deal as Elijah was off already, She advised us that they expecting a delivery from the supplier that Sunday as my wife really liked that lounge suit we decided to buy the on cash hoping to get them soon. we later had to make number of calls as there was no delivery done finally we received a delivery on the 18/11/2012 but the lounge suit was damaged (Arm rest of the recliner chair and a leg of a sofa that has two cup holders) two pieces of this lounge suit was damaged but we laid a complaint with Mr. Thomas Long and he promised to exchanged that as soon as the is a stock but that would be no later than end of Jan still today we did not receive any exchange. I'm even hopeless and lost faith in House and Home as this is not the first time I received bad service from the store.

If possible someone help us on this
