INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF SERVICE

I am resident in Australia. In June/July/August 2012 I reported transactions being processed through my card numerous calls and emails received scant response but eventually after months three transactions were reversed. But the balance still oustanding were ignored. During a short visit to South africa I had an appointment with Omesh Naidoo 0112455000 who undertook to resolve the issue. Ref: 025490235 with no result. Matter handed over to Carina Robson, No response. The matter was originally handled by Samantha Singh at Credit divison but she just disappeared and never responded to any further emails or calls. Amounts still to be reversed R1398 debited June 2012: R1671.00 6/7 Interest 30/08 R67.60 R18.09 28/08 R20.91 dated 28/2 All credit card debits are automatically debited to bank account No interest should have been charged. PLEASE HELP PLEASE HELP!
