My name is David Motone about 2 months ago I bought a steering rack for a Golf from Beras. Due to the nature of my job I was unable to repair the vehicle until about 2 weeks or so ago. Upon fitting the steering rack I discovered that I was supplied a rack for a jetta. I returned the rack to beras to exchange the rack but they refused to do0an exchange or give me a refund. I'm now stuck with something I can't use. Please assist
