I purchased my vehicle from Villieria, the saleman was Ryno Nel in March 2011. i was promised a spare key, then the salesman left, i was not informed, and all queries were ignored. i was then advised to contact CLive in the Hatfield branch, despite NUMEROUS requests and promises, no key was forthcoming. i then contacted the headoffice and spoke to Lourene, once again numerous requests, and STILL NO KEY. all correspondence has been ignored, all advice that i shall follow a legal process has also been ignored. worst after sales service ever! highly disappointing. worse, no acknowledgement of the fault lying with them and any sort of reimbursement for damages. pathetic!
