Poor After sale service

I purchased a 2007 VW Polo from McCarthy Toyota Pinetown on the 25th of January 2013 from saleman Kuben Gengan. All went well and i was happy with the service and vehicle up until after i recieved the car. There was no spare key and Kuben said they will find out from the previous owner and get back to me. A month later i had to call him and ask about the spare key and he said that because it was a trade in car they, McCarty Toyota, do not supply a spare key but he, Kuben, will speak to his manager and check if they can get they key at cost for me. It has been almost two months and i have yet to get a response from them. Firstly i dont think i should pay for a spare key as i bought the car from a dealership and they should supply all the requirements, secondly they have not replied to me about the spare key at cost and thirdly how can i get the key myself as the manufacturers require the log book which McCarty / Wesbank still have as i bought the car on terms.
