Non Delivery of Spare Key

I purchased a vehicle from said supplier in January 2013. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle I was promised the spare key which was to be ordered. Despite numerous emails, telephone calls and promises from the salesperson and consultant whom processed the paperwork, I still have not received the spare key nor have I received any feedback regarding same.
