I have used Alpha movers in the past and was very pleased with their service, I cant say the same for this time. Adrian and his guys was supposed to be at my place between 10:00 and 10:30 on Saturday. We arranged all of our other suppliers around the time that Adrian estimated. I had to phone him to find out what the delay was and he informed me that he wont be present during the move and that his driver is running late. He then informed us that they will only be there at 12:00. When my boyfriend phoned Adrian to complain he said that there is nothing he can do about our situation... my boyfriend (frustrated at the fact that our whole day was ruined) then stated " you are ing up our day, please make a plan! " Adrian then accused him of verbal abuse and cancelled our move. We have not been refunded for our deposit. I have never seen such jaw-dropping bad service in my life. We luckily managed to make last minute arrangement and the new company charged us R500 less that Alpha movers and accommodated us within a 30 min. Thanks for nothing Alpha Movers.
