Pathetic service

I logged a claim with virgin money to repair a minor fender bender. Replacement of a bumper and a panel of my Kia Picanto. Dropped the car off on Wednesday 26 June 2013 and I was reassured the car would take no longer than 5 days. Today 6 July 2013 and I am still without a car and no communication from auto magic. They had numerous excuses of a compressor being out of order. None of which should affect me. I didn't choose Auto magic as my preferred option, i was forced to go their by Virgin Money.
A word of advice to all. Do not use auto magic Durban Central. They take on more work than they can handle and their management and service is pathetic.
Never again and I will be sure to pass the word around to all that will listen.
