My car was sent to Auto Magic in May 2013 to be have a new ignition and keys replaced. Auto magic outsourced my car to Auto Wizards, I was without a car for TWO MONTHS because of endless problems back and forth. I had no response or feedbeek from Auto Magic unless I called to find out. I would call Kim and she would promise to call back, never did, evenutally met the owner/manger Donald... also a joke really, had to keep calling and confirming what was happening with my car. I eventually got my car back and the same day i returned it as the car would not lock. The car went back in for a few days... this was ongoing. The keys wouldn't start the ignition, couldn't lock or unlock the car - New ignition was apparently put in, same problem still existed. Long story short... 8 Months now and still the same problem. I am now without a car and Auto Magic has no intention of sorting me out with a loan car or uplifting my car to sort this problem out. I have NEVER received such pathetic service as I have been given by Auto Magic and Auto Wizards. I have all the emails back and forth... the saga continues...
