A month ago my Fiance got hijacked, the vehicle was recovered by the police, taken to the storage yard, insurance then collected the vehicle from them. It was then taken to Auto Magic East Rand Mall, at the time of delivery, they called my Fiance to advise her that she will get her vehicle back within 10 working days, it has now been 20 working days. She called them yesterday and they informed her that it still needs to go for the coding of the remotes and door locks, thereafter, they need to do some paint work for some scratches and she will only be getting her vehicle back next year.
I formally lodged a complain with the insurance company and the head office of Auto Magic. I called Auto Magic this morning to obtain feedback only to find out that it is now being dealt with by the GM, I was then given his contact number, when i called him, he didn't have any information on the complaint...
This is just the complaint about the panel beater, the insurance complaint is about to follow:
