Sent my radio for a Ford Fiesta to this dealer as it was faulty according to them, then they sent it to the factory and that took a month and when the radio it was still the same, on pick up of the radio i explained to them that its all stil the same but they failed to help and now my warranty has expired i have to pay for FIXING THIS CASH, WENT TO ANOTHER FORD DEALER AND THEY FOUND THE FAULT TO BE THE BLUETOOTH MODULE, i wish they had realised what the problem was last year when i took my car in now i woudn't have costs over my head.
