I bought a Ford Figo from the CMH dealer Hatfield auto. I had the vehicle for ten months. I took it back for repair as it failed to select the first and reverse gear, after the repair the car was leaking oil all over my driveway, I took it back three times thereafter for the oil leak and decided to trade in the car and purchased a more expensive Fiesta. The Fiesta I had two weeks before realising that it is leaking oil most probably because my driveway is full of oil, the radio was also not working. I took back the Fiesta four times and was found that it was leaking in three different places. I requested them to replace the vehicle as they opened the engine way too many times and the last time it did not even have any power. I have requested them to give me a new car because I am paying for a new car that also proved to be impossible. I have been without a vehicle on and off for a long time, have spent a lot of money on fuel, air time and a lot of time trying to sort this out. I am not even billing them for the damage to my driveway as that will take another ten years and a lot of stress.
