I bought a brand new Ford fiesta 1.4 ambiente with sync and extras in September 2013. It now has 16 000 km on the clock and my brakes are 10% left!!! Ford dealer in Roodepoort at 14th Avenue says that its my fault and that I have to pay over R2000 to get it fixed. I moved away from vw and thought that Ford is better but in this case I was mistaken!!! Even if I don't want to do the brakes with them I have to pay a penalty fee of R585. This is really very poor service!!!
