What a Joke - My vehicle has never ending problems!
I purchased a new Ford Fiesta in June 2012 and have had issues with this vehicle from the time I drove it off the dealership floor. This is the worst purchase I have ever made.
Bluetooth console has been replaced.
Radio console has been replaced.
Car jerked when driving at a constant speed on the highway.
My window washer water bottle burst and has been replaced.
My aircon is faulty and the entire aircon pump has been replaced.
There is a type of a burning smell in the engine.
Radio and Bluetooth volume is much softer than usual.
UNSATISFIED!
My reverse gear jumps every now and again out of gear once you have already been reversing for 3 meters.
Was advised that my car needed to be booked in on 4 Nov 2013 and that all should not be longer than 4 - 5 days.
It had been 2 weeks and I have not heard any word from them at all. They advised that they forgot about me and that my car was apparently already ready for collection on 14 Nov 2013.It is utterly unacceptable as my car is not even 1 year and a half old yet!
