Bad After sale service

I bought my Ford Figo form Mccarthy the glen and had amazing service I went as far as complimenting the sales person Fabian and copying his manager in on the email.

After I received my new car I noticed that the rear right hand door panel's material is lifting off, I took the car back to Ford where Fabian handed me over to a collage of him Charlton he was extremely friendly and promised that I will receive a call within the next two days regarding the part. Two months later i went back to Charlton where he told me that part did arrive two weeks ago but he forgot who the client was and did not phone me. Charlton then handed the issue over the a lady from warranties she again took photo's of the door panel and promised to phone me soonest. Tree days later I phoned her to check up on what is happening in regards to my car. She then told me that the part has not arrived yet, and then the phone cut out. I left that there and was awaiting her call, - tree months later I'm still waiting for her call.

This is completely unacceptable if this is the way that they treat their clients they can have the car back and settle my finance with the bank...
