In February 2013, I received my Chery 2013, only to receive it with a dent on the left passenger side, an aircon that is not working at all (I thought gas had finished) and a dent and scratch on the chalice, under the car. I first of all dealt with Martin who gave me run around and then second wk in March 2013 received call from Barnard Jooste saying that "no problem, he agrees, unacceptable, will organise my replacement vehicle. That was in March, 4 months down the line... I still have not received my new vehicle or anything else for that matter. In April was told that they not stocking Chery anymore therefore, they would settle the amount owing on my vehicle and I must choose another model vehicle which I decided on the Tata. From redoing my application, to it being accepted, to being told Lihande Sonnekus that its been approved, contract done and sent through to delivery/despatching department, to still nothing. I had no idea that it takes 2 months to deliver a vehicle (sarcasm). I have been to, mislead and I actually just don't know what to say anymore. forbid they need help oneday!!!
