BMW South Africa
3 Months of Passing the Buck

My vehicle (Mini Cooper) was booked in on the 4th of February 2013 for hail damage on the roof and bonnet.

I received the below SMS updates from BMW:
- 12 March: Vehicle in Paint shop
- 14 March: Vehicle in Paint shop
- 19 March: Awaiting authorization on Additional parts
- 4 April: Vehicle in Panelbeating bay
- 9 April: Vehicle in Paint shop
- 15 April: Vehicle in Production line for Assembly bay
- 18 April: Vehicle in Production line for Assembly bay
- 2 May: Vehicle in Assembly Bay
- 9 May: Vehicle in Polishing Bay.

And still today BMW Alberant cannot tell me on which day my car will be ready for collection. As I use my car daily to meet clients for work purpose's - these 3 months of waiting and delays are unacceptable and very poor service.
