Poor service

Im a buying a new tata bakkie through Satinsky. On Friday 25 Oct 2013 they called me to inform me that the insurance company will call me and that I should activate the insurance because they will be delivering the vehicle the same day, and so I did. Buy they never delivered the vehicle, without even notifying me of this. I tried getting hold of them but it was to no avail.

On Saturday morning they contacted me and said the vehicle will be delivered by 09h00. And guess what, they did deliver it. But it was the wrong bakkie!!! No aircon, no fog lights etc. The guy delivering the vehicle checked the documentation and called someone at Satinsky. He then told me it was because there was a strike at Tata. Can you believe that. So in the end, they said I will have the bakkie by 31 Oct 2013. But the price might differ now, that after I showed him their ad as well as the email confirming the bakkie has aircon, rubberizing, fog lights etc. for the price it was approved for. So lets see what happens. All I want to say is, poor poor poor service.
