I have an item shipped from the US. When I go on the DHL website and enter the tracking number I can see the package has been stuck in JHB for over 10 days. Whichever contact I phone at DHL they pass me onto another department or onto the 'Joburg Mail Center'. When I phone them, they say they don't use those tracking numbers and I must go back to DHL. This leaves me with nowhere to go, and I thought going through DHL would make things simple!
