Disappointed with MTN and RTT services

I did an upgrade via telephone with MTN's retention team, firstly the agent who helped me stated that i will get an sms the day before delivery, MTN then proceeds to sms me on the day of delivery stating what documentation i will need on hand, which i did not have i had to leave work, get it and come back. When the delivery agent from RTT gets here he insists the copies are too dark, so i ran around trying to print a clearer copy, he then hands me the delivery package which was opened, i obviously refused to take it, he proceeded to walk away and left. i called MTN and all they could do was say they they will forward my complaint on to the courier service. How does that help? where is my phone now?
