No feedback, poor customer service

Above store visited on Sunday, above agent committed to come back on Monday re stock, I phoned by 10h30. Agent would phone back with info. With call back, I requested a quote and requested number required.By 15h30, no quote via e-mail. I visited the store and agent informed me she is still busy with it. I waited browsing the store. She then attended to other customers entering. I left and inform the 2 ladies hanging on the counter, I will be back in 10 min. after 15min, quote not ready, and waited another 20 min. Waited another 5 min, unable to print. I confirmed payment by 16h30 to e-mail and sms details on the quote. On phoning agent, she was unable to arrange delivery because sms received is to her personal phone and e-mail confirmation not received. I phoned Wednesday at 09h10, spoke to Nicolette to confirm delivery date and time. She would check and phone back. At 11h10, I phoned again, Shainah kept telling me to "expect delivery 2-3 days". I became upset and requested managers number, phone dropped. I phoned back and Lucy confirmed that it is not unreasonable to confirm delivery date and time. She phoned back in 10 min and informed me that items will be delivered on Friday.
