KIA MIDRAND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I traded in my vehicle on 18 June 2013. It was promised that the deal will take 3-5 working days, the car will be settled and ill receive the balance. 9 Working days and ALOT of phonecalls later I was eventually promised that they are banking the cheques as we speak and I'll get my money soon. 1July, no bank could find the money. After numerous calls again, the bank saw the money being deposited just after 12:00. This is after alot of promises that the payments was made on Friday and Saturday and the proof of payment will be mailed to me ASAP. (Promises made by Caroline (sales person) and Jaco and Frans (Managers) I am still waiting. After speaking to the manager (just as useless), i now have the money, but the cheque was made out to someone else and that person has to pay me now.???
WORST SERVICE EVER!! Please do NOT to your clients and DO give your clients the right info. I will NEVER make a deal with KIA again and will NEVER drive a KIA in my life!!!
