Bought a vehicle from Brits Nissan. Trade in vehicle to be settled at bank to the amount as per settlement when signing the deal. No further payment to be deducted from bank where promised. Payment on trade in went off on the the 25th of October 2013. Apparently second settlement was obtained from bank after deal was signed. Contacted Nissan immediately and was promised a refund at the latest in bank by 1st of November 2013. I visited and communicated daily with Nissan. Promises made and not kept to date. Seems like money and sales are important, no after sale service - deal done.
