Got a confirmation letter from enquiries with wrong account number supplied by bank person at enquiries. My money was transferred from ABSA on 21May 2013 into wrong account because of that mistake from bank. From there on I still struggle to get my money back. I make a complaint on 28 Mei with Patric Mkadimen he didn't fax papers to head office. Were there yesterday the whole day Lizzy Matsei really tried to help and made a lot of calls to the Head office Manager Branch they promised it would be in by this morning, still nothing. Phoned her the whole day, managers make promises and send her from one to the other the whole time from yesterday, but no one pay my money in. The person in who's account it was deposited in used it. It was the person who gave me the wrong info fault, I am busy buying a car and is going to lose it because they don't keep there promises. Why must I suffer because of bank personel that don't do there job properly? Can somebody please assist and help me with this issue!!! ASAP
