FNB deducted money from my account without my approval or agreement. I have been contacting and dealing with the credit card divison since the 25/10/2013 and eventually on the 05/11/2013 a lady from credit card division called me and promised me that a refund would be paid back into my acc within 24 hrs. We then made an arrangement for payments going forward. Yesterday when i checked my account i was off when i realised that my money was still not paid back to my acc. I have bills to pay but clearly someone couldn't care less that i also have a family to provide for. Instead i was been threatened and being bullied by FNB credit card division clearly they are taking advantage of clients. I need solid response that is is true and practical, my money in the bank as promised without being given any excuses and empty promises from a true professional. Rivonia manager FNB has also sent numerous emails to them and has made calls in my presesence and still nothing has been done. I am losing my patience and i believe this is the last resort before seeking help further.
