FNB does not deliver after 10 working days

I applied for a second balance transfer on Mon 21 Feb. More than enough money is available in my Platinum Credit card. It is now 10 working days and the money still has not been made available. I phoned several times with no effect. Once the person told me "you just have to wait". Last Friday I received an sms that I will be phoned today (Monday). Nothing happened. The promise was made that it can take upto 7 working days. My previous application only took 3 working days. Now we are at 10 working days already.

Please FNB, can somebody now do something - you are past your deadlines!
