WORST CLIENT SERVICE EVER!!!

I paid my account via EFT on 4 Sept 2013 and on 9 Sept 2013 a debit order also went off. I phoned and spoke to a nice guy named Oscar who told me they will refund me and the money will be available in my account in 7 days... On 13 Sept 2013 a cheque was deposited in my account... needless to say that Oscar did not tell me it was going to be a cheque because then I would have rather reversed it at the bank. Called them last week to find out when I am getting my money (available in my account) they told me in 7 working days and full of stories why Oscar did not tell me about it being a cheque. Phoned my bank today - 7 working days later - and they said it will be available on Friday as it needs to be there for 14 calender days. Phoned Mulitchoice again (talked to Lindiwe (manager) and Ronald (whoever he is) and they have stories upon stories upon stories as to them not being able to take responsibility for what the bank does. I have NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE come across such USELESS human beings! They ALWAYS have an excuse when you have a problem but when payment from a client needs to be done then the're "ON THE BALL"! Your service is disgusting!!! Shame on you!!!
