Working at African bank!

I had settled my credit card on the 13 December and requested the account to be closed and a paid up letter sent to me. Proof of payment was sent to customer services, on the 28th December a further debit went of for the instalment when i had been promised this will not happen. I was then promised a refund within 5 working days, 2 weeks later and i am stil waiting? I asked the call centre to confirm banking details that the money will be refunded to, he gave me an fnb account when i actually changed banks to Absa months ago which is been debited every month bank African bank. Is this a financial institution or a circus that is been run?? Further more included in the settlment figure was insurance, why the must i pay insurance when i was about to settle the account? the team leader that i spoke to, could hardly speak english and i finally gave up. Who is going to pay me interest for the extra days my money had been held? This has to be the worst bank i had to ever deal with. I want my money paid into my Absa account, account number ending in 9076 with interest since interest is calculated daily.
