I purchased a plasma TV unit on 10 March 2013. I specifically requested that I be phoned before delivery as I would have to make arrangements to have someone at home. I was then phoned to inform me that they would deliver on the Saturday. I informed 3 people that it would not be possible as I would not be at home for the weekend and arranged for delivery on the Monday and all 3 allegedly made a note of it and would make the necessary arrangements for delivery on the Monday. Despite this I received a call on the Monday that they were there on Saturday to deliver and I was not home. I was then told that it was not possible to deliver on the Monday but it would be done on the Tuesday after I had made arrangements for someone to be at home. I once again requested that they phone me before delivery as I had to make arrangements. Tuesday I was again informed that they could not deliver on the day. I escalated the matter to the headoffice who then undertook that it would be delivered on Wednesday at 16:00. I arrived home at 16:00 to wait in vain. When I phoned I was told the driver refused to deliver as I lived too far and he would miss his transport. I then cancelled the transaction
