My personal experience is as follows: The car was bought in June 2013 and from day one, problems were experienced with the car. I was referred to Tata Nigel for maintenance and services and was told nothing was wrong with the car. The car overheats and they place the blame on me. Telephone calls was made and their reply was that they will come back to me. My new car went back for another repair and on eleven thousand kilometers I had a blow out on the tyres. The car is back at Tata and I had a black replacement that was taken back due to bad thread on the tyres and the license expired and the vehicle couldn't pass a roadworthy test in 2013, then I had a white car that was also taken back due to the wheels jerking and pulling skew and now a red replacement with an expired license (May 2013) and the original car is still not repaired. When phoning now, they put the phone down in my ear without explanations.
