Delivery service of Smartphone - a joke!

Applied/ordered my SmartPhone from FNb the 1st of Feb. FNB instructed me to write a letter to give my wife permission to sign for it as I was not home.
CourierIT phoned me on the 10th stating that they attempted delivery at my house on the 6th and the 7th but I was not home. I told them that it was a lie, because my wife was home and the doorbell never rung. The consultant changed their approach and said but it's because they could not give it to my wife because they were not given instructions by FNB to do so. Again I said they were lying because my wife said no one was there to deliver in the first place. I got so upset. FNB phoned 10 minutes later and arranged for delivery at my work the following day. I arrived at work exactly 8h30am and the receptionist informed me that the courier was here and left about 3 minutes ago. The receptionist knew I just parked in the basement, but the courier was not prepared to wait 3 minutes. HE LEFT! I had to phone the courier service again and arranged for delivery between 1pm and 1h30. He never pitched. I phoned again at 2h30 and the consultant said she will phone me back in 10 minutes - no phone call, no delivery! its now 3h30pm!!!
