Ordered something from Kalahari and never expected the process to be so bad.
They don't give delivery time so I have to wait the whole day for the parcel to arrive which never did despite after I call both of them Kalahari and the delivery company Aramex confirming over the phone I will receive it.
I cannot look up my waybill number as the website says "Service Error: An error occurred while connecting to the Aramex South Africa server" from yesterday afternoon to this morning. Phoned kalahari who phoned aramax and told me I will receive the order. I phoned Aramex 0127420300 at 12:30 when I have still not received the order and I was told I will definitely get it before 13:00. Phone again at 14:22 and got told I should have received it but they don't know where it is and I am put on hold and eventually put back in the queue.
I have dealt with lots of deliver companies and always I get at least around what time or the driver is phone to find out what is wrong. Not so Aramax. When the site eventually works it doesn't say what time & Pretoria call center tell untruths when I should expect it.
Still waiting. 3 wasted phone call to get something others companies do automatically
