[URL Removed] utilised Sky Net to deliver my PC. Yesterday I got home, and to my surprise there was a note saying that Sky Net was at my house but no one was home. Nobody contacted me to confirm if I was home.
This morning I phoned the Cape Town Branch (07:58). I waited for 4 minutes &19 sec to speak to an operator. No one answered and I was caller no 2! I even left a detailed message with waybill number to contact me. No one did!!
Then at 11:13 I called the Cape town Branch again. I explained that I called earlier and left a message. She said there is no sign of that. She also said my delivery was on route. I explained that I'm at work and no one is home. I said I would only be available after 5PM. She said that she would arrange delivery for 17:30. At 18:15 still no sign of my delivery. This is pathetic service.
