To whom it may concern,
I am so disgusted with the terrible service and the manner in which Ford Delta in Klerksdorp has treated my mom. My mom lives in Dominionville 30 km's out of Klerksdorp, using their little pension my mom has to keep her home and herself alive whilst paying for the old age home for my father with alzheimers as well, I as my mom's only daughter has to shoulder the responsibility of helping in every way possible.
My mom was driving to Klerksdorp, car cut out, refused to start! It was towed to Klerksdorp Delta who then informed us we needed to replace the fuel pump. We ordered the part and when it arrived they realised it was not the problem, after a few days, they said we must get some other part this continued till finally a guy from Peugeot informed Ford of the problem and how it should be fixed, two days later they still could not get the Ford fixed, they then realised they had caused some problem on the distributor and had that fixed at their own cost.
My mom took car home two days later car broke down again has been informed that distributor needs to be replaced. this part is no longer manufactured for this model and ford refuses to touch my moms car.
