I applied for finance for a new clio 4 and during this time i asked the consultant if there is a waiting period for the vehicle (clio 4 dynamic). He advised me that there is no waiting period and i can get a vehicle when my finance was approved. It took 24hrs and my application was approved and when i went to the branch the consultant advised i will get the vehicle at the end of May. I took the consultants word and then sold my vehicle as i believed that at the end of may i would get my new vehicle.
I went back to the branch at the end of may and the consultant then advised me that it is still on the ship and will arrive on the 3rd of june and he will keep me informed. After waiting for his call i then later called the Dp of the branch in Durban CBD and advised me that the ship ship is still on the way but he has received a document of the vehicles on the ship and when he spoke to me he advised that the vehichle that i chose he did not see on this document as only pearl white and blue was clearly stated on this document but there were different vehicle codes stated on this document. I have no vehicle and still waiting for them to get back to me. I need a vehicle for work and home
