Breakdown 26/09/2013-2013 Tata Super-Ace. Suspected clutch/pressure plate. Dropped at the Germiston Branch B4 07H30. Asked for courtesy vehicle. No response. Rented vehicle as have a business. Vehicle being tripped & will know at 15H00 Friday. Called at 16H00, vehicle was not looked at. Will do Monday. Called Monday, not checked. Will be done Tuesday. Tuesday nothing was done. Wednesday called Service Centre Manager Jurgens, will call me in 20. Never happened. Called branch, clutch plate was burned & not replaced under the warrantee. Own account. Excuse French but, vehicle under 16 000 km. You know how a vehicle must be driven to burn clutch at 16 000 km. Instructed Ice to continue repair. Called Thursday, done Friday. Called Friday, not done, will be Monday. Called Monday, not done will be the afternoon or early next morning. Tuesday at 12H00, done 11H00 Wednesday. Called 11H30, not done, will be at 15H00. Never did ANYBODY call me I ALWAYS had to chase them. HOW can a clutch be BURNED OUT at 16H00.At 10 000 km service Boksburg said clutch battling to go into gear. RENTED vehicle 9 days. Could repair in two days at a non TATA workshop at half cost with genuine TATA parts
