I am shocked at the after sales service of "one the best Vehicle recovery" companies in south Africa, when they cannot even find my old car I sold to remove the tracker and place it in the new vehicle.
In February I called them to remove the tracker from the old vehicle and install it in the new one but has not happened in 2months. Their excuse is that they don't know why the Durban branch is taking so long with the issue. I have made over 6 calls, each of them over 20minutes each trying to get this resolved and being transferred from person to person.
If they cannot find a vehicle to remove the unit, how can they protect our vehicle.
I am extremely shocked about the kind of service I have received, calls are not being returned followups are not being made by the Durban branch. The head office branch has being very helpful.
They have no problem with debiting my account for the past 2 months for the monthly subs because according
to them I have taken s contract and I have to pay.
The service is terrible.
