On the 21st May 2013, I complained on this site regarding a windscreen that was chipped and I felt was a latent defect when I took a car rental.
On the 22nd of May Europcar responded on this website.
On the 23rd May Europcar passed a credit note for the amount in dispute.
Finally on the 24th May 2013, Europcar listed me on ITC which has effectively limited me from any sort of finance.
This seems very much like sour grapes...
