No response from Europcar!

I have queried the amount that Europcar have deducted from our Credit Card and have sent them two emails asking for an explanation. They responded to the first email, saying that I would be contacted by them within 5-7 working days. It has been about 2 weeks now, and no calls/emails from them! Europcar will NOT see my business in the future!
