Saul replied to an e-mail regarding the sale of my i20. After numerous mails to him, I asked my sister to please phone him, as I am currently in the UK. He was incredibly rude to her - told her he "doesn't have time for e-mails over a deal that is not even making him any money." He very roughly outlined the process of selling the car to him, settling finance etc and to be honest, it just doesn't sound right! He ended the conversation by saying " contact me when you are bringing the car up. As I said, I am very busy and I don't have time to mess around with a bum i20, not being rude, AND I am going on leave, so really, I can't sit and write e-mails..."
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and even worse, coming from a DP. Goodnes knows how they stay in business.
