It's difficult to find a decent panel beating company so after damaging my car I was worried about whose hands it would end up in. Auto Rust was chosen by my insurance company for towing and repairs. They were quick, friendly and efficient. The most important thing for a customer when their car goes to a panel beater is the progress that has been made and when they can expect the car back. This company keeps you updated throughout the process via sms's and phone calls and gives you an estimated completion date, which they stuck to. The car was perfect on pick up. The only downside is that they are a bit far from Durban [ -30 kms] so you have to drive a bit to get there. But I'd rather get proper service than deal with one of the poor panel beating companies here in Durban Central.
