I bought a new car on the 28 of February 2013. After making me wait over a month and countless phone calls later I eventually received the Thuli roofbox as quoted and paid for when buying the car. Now 4 months later and once again countless phone calls and e-mails later (including e-mails to the Hyundai complaints department) I am still waiting for my Service Plan booklet, the key for the left side of the Thuli Box (which I installed myself) and also the I-pod cable I was promised by the sales person.
As a motor vehicle I can not complain about Hyundai... As a company I will never buy another Hyundai in my life. The before, during and after sales service is ridiculous. The complaints department have done nothing.
I would love to know how Hyundai intends to fix this as I truly believe this to be the worst service I have ever received.
