Hyundai Wonderboom-Bad attitude

I have been talking to Pierre, the salesman at Hyundai who was very efficient. I was trading in my L.D.V for a H1 wagon. I sent all the documents that was needed for the finance application that was the last time that Pierre contacted me. Standard bank sent an sms telling us the deal has been passed and we must contact the dealership. I called Pierre repeatedly who told me that they were waiting for the contract from the bank. My wife contacted the finance lady and was told that there is nothing she can do she is waiting for the contract. I asked Pierre if all was in order for Friday giving them enough time to get all their documents. I placed a days leave for Friday. The whole of Friday my wife kept on contacting Hyundai and was told the contract is not there. At 15h00 we were told that R15000 was needed for deposit.
I called Hyundai wonderboom and asked for the dealer principal and was told the dealer principal is on leave. I asked to speak to a second in charge. He said that I delayed in sending my finance papers through, then said he did not receive reg. papers from bank. He stated that they have alot of clients so he cant keep on updating me. Management-bad attitude
