Every few months, our company sends one of our cars in for a service which is still under warranty. Each and every time we go there, we have a major problem. See below:
1. The switchboard operator has a major attitude problem and is exceptionally rude to the extent that she quoted "if you want to come down and fetch the invoice, then do that". She will not put you through to anyone.
2. To try and get an invoice emailed or faxed is also a major problem. First the emailing system doesn't work, then its the fax machine.
3. We have been customers of Hyundai Edenvale for quite some time now, even bought 3 cars there. So when we ask if they could release the car so my staff can go off to work, we get told that payment needs to happen first.
We are quite a big company so the chances of us running away without paying is quite slim.
This will be last time we will ever have dealings with Hyundai Edenvale again.
