I bought a Hyundai Getz 16 Automatic 2009 model early this year. I signed my contract stating that the model of the car is 2009!!! however after my first payment the bank contact me and informed me that the car is actually a 2008 model and that they have numerous issues with Hyuandai THE GLEN as they a bunch of outs to get people to buy cars with the incorrect information and once the deal is signed they do not come back to the client. I contacted Anton Van Heerden (salesperson) he informed me that he will escalate it to his manager as he was incompetent and didn't check the model of the car before selling it. After two days i contact him again and he informed me that they looking for a 2009 model and will contact me back, this has been going on for 3 months, i decided to call today and spoke to the principal manager Mr Gert Coetzee who was so rude and informed me that he doesnt have time to deal with complaints, i should bring the car back and he will get another buyer. This is the WORSE dealership ever that knows nothing about customer service!!!
