To whom it may concern.

Ii have purchased a brand new Nissan Juke in December 2012 from William Simpson Tokai Western Cape.. Sales and service was excellent until car was handed over from the branch.

I have ordered a set of seat covers for the Juke, and was told we will be contacted as soon as it is ready. Well this is now June, 6 months later and several e-mails and phone calls.
I am still waiting for seat covers. No one can give straight answers or tell us how long it will take, not even the branch manager.
