OUTSTANDING SERVICE FORM JACQUI HAMMOND

Went on Saturday 22 June to shop for a car - just wanted to test drive the Nissan Juke - as we walked into the Eastrand Mall Nissan dealership: what a WELCOME - we have never experienced this before - the staff was so friendly from Jacqui, Hester & Wilma and the assessor. We told them what we want to do & the car we had as trade in. Well needless to say we test drive the Juke & made the deal there & then - Jacqui gave us the deal of our lives. We have never driven a brand new car before - the Juke we selected was out of the box - and with the excellent deal Jacqui has made for us we could not resist. They send in the application to my bank on Monday & by Wednesday the Juke was delivered - we were consistently updated the whole time with phone calls as to how the deal is going or even just to say Good morning & wishing us a good day. I really want to take the opportunity to say a very BIG thanks to all of them - Jacqui - Hester - Wilma and the WHOLE dealership for OUTSTANDING service - you are the BEST!!! For me & my husband this is a service & friends we will never forget - Gummy & Sue Cloete
