I bought an NP200 from Nissan about 2 months ago. I ordered a set of seat covers. After a long time they delivered an incorrect set. They tried to convince me that I should cut holes for the head rests myself. Although the set was way too small, they convinced me that it required "a special fitment" - which I also had to do myself.
They eventually agreed to supply the correct set of seat covers which I still haven't received. They also don't bother to contact me or give any feedback.
In my opinion their attitude will lead to bad customer relations and service which will be to the advantage of their competitors.
