A tow truck took my car to the dealer and I told them to replace the fuel pump then I was told they won't take my car if I don't allow them to do the diagnosis, which I have to pay for, out of desperation I agree, though I kept on telling them I know what is wrong with the car I just need them to fix it. A few minutes later Glen calls me to confirm what I was telling him, that they need to replace a fuel pump, they have already charged me for that.why am I paying? why didn't they just fix the fuel pump as I requested? I did not have to pay and I want my money back.
When I get here to collect the car I have to wait for Glen to attend to me, after 20 minutes he finally decide to attend to me, then I lay my complain, I ask to talk to his boss, he makes me wait while he goes on with his job, I never saw him pick up the phone to call his boss to the front, what is this?
