No parts ordered for almost 3 Months

My Nissan X-Trail went for a service early in December 2012 to Atlantis Nissan in Centurion. I reported and issue with the one seat that was loose. The said to me they need to order a seat rail or something as it is work out, and considering this was only the 30000KM service.

They stated they cant order it in December, they will do it in January 2013. So i called them in January to remind them. So i decided last week to call them again, just to find out, that they did in fact NOT order the part as promised, almost 3 months later.

Firstly the quality of the Xtrail seems average, and secondly is this the type of service Nissan is striving for. This will be my first and last Nissan. (Should have listened to my friends)
